So I'm starting this thread to try and learn what some people like to watch. I'd say some of my favorites are Heroes, Smallville, Stargate's(both lol), and last but not least The O.C (I can thank my roomate for that). What about you guys/gals?

I watch this one show on Showtime called 'Dexter'.. the main guy is a serial killer who goes after those really deserving to die.. ie he goes after rapist, child molesters, and bad people. The main bad guy named Rudy, who's also a serial killer, knows that Dexter is a serial killer as well and so those two play cat and mouse throughout the series. The finale airs this weekend. It's a very good drama.

hmm I'll drop in what I like... Stargate (both), House, Heros, Dr Who (new one), BattleStar Galactica (New One), Lexx was pretty cool back in the day, Farscape was pretty good back in the day, X-Play -- Just because of Morgan Webb met her once before she went out to Cali ... she has family here not too far from where I work.

When I was a kid I was a diehard for the old Doctor Who series (watching reruns on PBS), and this new one is in every respect a true successor to it, so it's got my current "favorite show" award. I was hoping the spinoff series Torchwood would be as good, but so far it has yet to impress me, and that's after eight episodes. A close second is of course 24, and the usual gamut of comedic works: Family Guy, American Dad, Arrested Development, The Simpsons, and so forth.

Oh, and Star Trek TNG, because it tends to be on in my house for about 4 straight hours a day.

The classes you think are overpowered have been buffed.

I dont watch much TV, but when I do, here's what I watch

South Park
Chapelle's Show
the Daily show
Colbert Report
cowboy bebop (was on cartoon network, now I just own dvds)

oddly enough, I was almost always unimpressed with simpsons once I got past age 12.

I'm also a sucker for HBO/showtime stuff, queer as folk and six feet under were my faves

Movies and games are more my thing. I own 350+ DVDs and between PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, DS, PSP, and 360 I own well over 100 games and plan to add a Wii to the collection next.
