I was going to ask "who is Miley Cyrus" but wikied her instead... and felt confused. A Disney girl who turned out to have a real voice, at least for pop songs? That sounds like gnomes already. <smile> Then I saw the words "promoted with provocative music videos"... and I'm not going to hunt any further. I can probably guess. <blush> Although I don't want to know how that applies to WoW gnomes; the Night Elf female dance made me blush for days after I first was introduced to WoW. <smile>
Yes, I don't watch TV and don't bother keeping up with temporarially newsworthy figures. Sorry to be a dunce. Silly me.
I love you Lierra! The main reason I called the gnomes the Miley Cyrus characters is because turin was watching a video talking about the improvements in animation and definition of features on the characters. The narrator called the gnomes dance moves "twerking" which is what Miley Cyrus has made famous/infamous over the past few months.
So, it's not a horrible connection but I guess even wow has to include some silliness of pop culture; too bad they don't have better taste.
